NON-ZERO INTELLIGENCE
The NC General Assembly may actually scrap some of the stupid zero tolerance laws this year. Hooray!

We just need Delaware to follow suit too: “The National Center for Education Statistics says North Carolina ranks third nationally in the rate of short-term school suspensions of between one and 10 days out of school behind South Carolina and Delaware.” |
