An old song. Cyber charters aren’t homeschooling. Why can’t anyone seem to understand this?

People think that if the kids are learning at home, it’s homeschooling, even if the government is providing some material and oversight. If one wants them to understand the concept, it needs to have a better name, like parent-teaching or some such. People see the word “home” and think that’s what’s operative. |
