This tornado touched down less than a mile from our home. It then headed right up the street to where I work. Thankfully, by the time it got there, it wasn’t on the ground. From a 5th-floor window, we were able to watch the clouds spinning. (Real bright, eh?)

Yeah, I was a little concerned myself to be driving east on 273 at about 4:30 wondering whether or not I had a house, but it never wandered that far west (I’m about 1/2 mile from Route 1).

My WDEL-employed buddy Brian covered the tornado, he said the damage was out of control.

it’s ok Daryl, pretty much the first thing we do in tornado warnings is go out to take a look at the sky. heheh otherwise, we here in north Texas would be hiding in our bathrooms 3 months per year.
