    What is your answer to how to improve customer communications? When used correctly, a phone answering service can improve customer communications and have a positive impact on customer service.

    LOL! I was playing with my grandkids all day and didn’t even read that until this evening, although the paper has been riding around in my Jeep since yesterday. There’s a terrific letter to the editor on the same page, and a couple of interesting articles in the local schools section of the same issue, all noted at my blog.
