I really can’t see what the problem was with any of your responses in that particular thread. Did you get really fed up and say things that nice little boys shouldn’t say that weren’t posted??? I tell ya, it seems to be an ‘either-or’ situation with supporters of what NCHE tells you to do around here. You either think they walk on water and can do no wrong, or you are a rebellious heathen that needs to be stomped out like a bug because you’ve disagreed with THE almighty homeschool voice in NC. It’s nuts.

Wanted to add–I know the discussion wasn’t exclusively about NCHE, but once the statement was made about NCHE saying to comply with the excessive requests it seemed to take that turn.

Dawn wrote me offlist that I sounded angry and like I was trying to hide something. She made all sorts of other ridiculous claims and, innocently, asked if that “makes sense.” I calmly responded that it didn’t and listed why (basically, the same things I wrote in my “drum” post). After that I was on moderated status and am now kicked out.

Don’t you know that if you don’t voluntarily give the government all the information they ask for, you *must* be hiding something? Good citizens have nothing to hide, and therefore no harm in sharing.
