I wrote to ask them if their 100% Happiness Guarantee will cover the cost of repairs when the Monsterpod falls off a vertical surface (or the ceiling), smashing my camera on the concrete below. |

That’s what I was wondering, Daryl. It would take only 1 instance of ‘failure’ to be a very expensive disaster. Plus, cameras have gotten so complicated that you don’t just repair what’s broken — there are too many interconnected gizmos, so when X is broken, A,B,C and the elemeno-P parts also have to be replaced as well. |

Yeah, what happens when you get a “bad egg”, as they say, and your $600 camera is broken? Think they’re going to fix it? Not. |
