I’m sure he’ll find another way around it. It’s not like he’s an honest, trustworthy guy that’s good for his word. |

It’s about flippin’ time. FISA court oversight has been in place since the 1970s, and according to my well-placed source of 37 years, was effective. Breaking the law because it’s convenient, and you can do it, doesn’t make it right, and damages the overall fabric of the work. Without a legally solid case, all the effort can go out the window when either the case doesn’t result in a conviction, or its overturned on appeal. The more important the matter, the more i-dotting and t-crossing you do. |
