I believe there are scripts for Photoshop that can rearrange text like that. |

In Open Office, you can rotate text either 90 or 270 degrees. Maybe there is some other text editor out there that allows you to rotate 180 degrees. Then it would only be a matter of copying and pasting into the html. |

You can plug text into this page and it will spit out an upside-down version that you can copy and paste elsewhere. |
