The Kingwood teenager’s story of decapitating a corpse and using the head to smoke marijuana was so outlandish that at first Houston Police Department senior police officer Jim Adkins did not believe it.
According to the paper, they’re all HEKs.

Is it evil and classist to suggest that these boys look as if perhaps they’re being homeschooled because they’ve been expelled from public school? ‘Cos they totally do. Also, I’m wondering what they would have used to, er, plug up the orifices in the skull to turn it into a more appropriate smoking device. |
