PROUD TO BE FOR OBAMA
The Clintonistas are behaving abominably at the Rules Committee meeting.

What is the reason for seating all of the delegates but giving them only half a vote? Is that only for the first round? Nance |

It was really the only way to accommodate the rules. Both the pledged and SD had to be cut in half. Since the SD are the party bigwigs, they were going to Denver regardless. The RBC could have given each SD 1/2 vote and cut the number of PD in half, giving each of them a whole vote, but that would have looked really silly. Besides, this way more people get to go to the party in Denver. |

To answer your second question, assuming there is a 2nd round (there won’t be) the delegates from MI and FL would still each count 1/2. |

Yeah, that was a helluva speech he just delivered. Contrast that with the bomb that McSame threw up. Even FauxNews panned McSame’s speech. |
