I AM NOT ALONE
It seems the GOP has won their War on Science:
According to a recent Pew survey, 55% of scientists are Democrats and only 6% are Republicans.
The same survey reports that a majority of scientists self-identify as liberal and only 9% as conservative.

Tomorrow Limbaugh will use this as proof of the liberal scientist conspiracy. I expect the YECs will also use it as proof that scientists are biased therefore the earth is 6000 years old and Adam had a pet dino. |

Interesting comments in that link. “When I was in grad school (physics) the conventional wisdom on the line separating physics from engineering was that if it was done by a Democrat it was physics and if it was done by a Republican it was engineering.” |

He’s a bit of a tool. Saying god set in motion evolution and let everything turn out according to some Plan is no more scientific than saying the FSM did it. And there’s just as much evidence for either proposition. |
