I am a reporter, seeking information about tax beaks, state or federal, that may be available to home school families (such as tax credits, deductions or Coverdell accounts) for use in an article on parent-directed education.<\/p>\n

Particularly interested in hearing from anyone who knows of a family that has used such tax breaks to help defray the cost of hiring a tutor for a child who does not attend school. <\/p>\n
