They might watch large-screen documentaries or witness the dissection of a cow&#8217;s eyeball. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>That last bit reminded me of something.  Lydia and the kids have been dissecting organs in science &#8220;class&#8221; for a several weeks.  A while back, while digging in the refrigerator for something to eat, I opened up a plastic bag to find a cow eyeball staring back at me.
