The chief sponsor wants to raise the requirement from a ACT score of 19 to 23 or a 3.0 GPA.  You might <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cobranchi.com\/archives\/002171.html\">recall<\/a>, that 23 was the score required of homeschoolers until just this past legislative session.  Now, everyone may be in the same boat.<\/p>\n<p>The other proposal, to drop the ACT requirement and just mandate a 3.0 GPA would create a serious problem for homeschoolers.
