The kids are getting some exercise and so are Mom and Dad.  In addition to aerobics, there are yoga stretching exercises, a bunch of balance games, and some good strength-building activities.<\/p>\n<p>The highlight of the &#8220;game&#8221; is the Balance Board.  It seems very sensitive to shifts in your weight and balance.
