I about fell out of my chair. My daughter wore the exact same lavendar unicorn costume and when I first opened this page I thought it was her for a moment. They look a lot alike. Wish I could post a picture here in the comments. |

All those nippers yours? My boys were Poseidon and Hades. You haven’t lived until you’ve heard a six-year-old dressed in a homemade chiton, draped blue sash, Santa wig and beard sans moustache, and bronze papier-mache crown (with a trident made of dowels and electrical tape, painted a metallic copper sheen) say to a well-meaning but puzzled intelocutor: “I’m Poseidon. Poseidon, the Greek god of the sea? He uses his trident — watch: ‘I call forth the sea!'” |

Nice, I had a little soldier, a ballerina/movie star (not really sure which), and a cowboy. |
