HOME(LAW)SCHOOL
Izzy pointed to a very interesting educational experiment, Oak Brook College, at which you can study law via distance learning. The tuition is right, too- only $3,000 per year. I’d be really interested to see how their graduates fare on the CA bar exam.

A number of correspondence schools have been doing this for years — I looked into it a while back. The problem is that other states won’t accept someone who passed the California bar if he was educated at a non-ABA-accredited school (Skip’ll have fun with that fact). Stats here for 2003 bar exam pass rates for traditional and correspondence schools. |
