WRITTEN TEST
According to Money Magazine, the Northeast has the dumbest drivers (at least based on the results from this test). I’m not sure, though, that the test writers are all that smart, either. Check out question #17.
17. Which of the following must you obey of the other three: (Select one)
a. A steady red light
b. Police officer
c. Stop sign
d. Flashing red light
I missed only Question #7, which I think is another bogus question. Boo!!!

I see what you mean about number seven. I think I’ve been a victim of one of the “until all cars have passed” drivers as well. You get behind them and you have to wonder if they are waiting for a marching band and fireworks display to tell them that there isn’t another car anywhere within site of their binoculars and it really is okay to turn left now. Meanwhile traffic is piling up behind them, but that’s okay, they are “safe” drivers. |

I don’t understand that question. Can you (maybe) explain for those of us who are chasing our tails trying to figure out what they wanted? |

I interpreted it to mean which of the four could over-ride the other three. I got the right answer but correlation.NE.causation. 🙂 |

Oh, then it’s, “Which of the following must you obey [over] the other three.” Still pretty awful, but at least barely comprehensible. Thanks. |
