STATE MANDATES
How will kids in South Jersey find their way to Philly if the schools aren’t required to teach about Commodore Barry?

Since 1967? But I was in school then, and I never heard of a “Commodore Barry Day”! And… Arbor Day? Aw, c’mon. A previous gov. vetoed a bill aimed at requiring public schools to teach about the Holocaust, for the same reason. I kinda don’t think John Barry is more important a lesson for 21st century kids than Teresenstadt. |
