MISSED IT BY THAT MUCH
Well, the predicted lawsuit threat finally came in today. Only 240 days late. And she’s threatening Scott Somerville and “anonymous,” too.

Details? It’s just Mimi being Mimi. Concerns? I’m not really worried. She has no legitimate beef. Of course, that won’t necessarily deter her from filing a lawsuit. Needs? Want to start the HE&OS Legal Defense Fund? 🙂 |

Well, since there’s already a lawyer among those being threatened with a lawsuit, maybe he can figure out if any real response is needed. Or if ignoring a character is the better route. Nance |

I don’t think her lawyer is actually involved. I could be wrong, but my gut says it’s just another bluff by her. |

Can her repeated threats of lawsuits be considered harrassment? Could you throw a harrassment suit right back at her? Just thinking out loud here… |
