A number of additional rights such as bed and breakfast establishments, <b>home schools<\/b> and second dwellings are granted without the need for Council?s consent, subject to conditions. <\/p>\n<p>&#8230;Some people believe the proposals disregard the rights of neighbours who did not wish to have a <b>home school<\/b> or B&#038;B on an adjacent property.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Why wouldn&#8217;t someone want to live next to us?
