1. Is the curriculum chosen by some nameless educrat somewhere?
\n2. Is the curriculum paid for by state tax dollars?
\n3. Are your kids susceptible to the state accountability tests under NCLB?
\n4. If your state has a legal definition (or description) of homeschooling, do you qualify?
\n5. Do you feel a constant need to whine that you really are<\/i> homeschooling?<\/p>\nThe correct answers are \u00ef\u00bf\u00bdno\u00ef\u00bf\u00bd for questions 1, 2, 3, and 5. If you missed more than one, you\u00ef\u00bf\u00bdre not homeschooling. Possibly you were fooled by some advertising hype. Or perhaps you\u00ef\u00bf\u00bdve fooled yourself into thinking that you still have your freedom. Or maybe that \u00ef\u00bf\u00bdfree\u00ef\u00bf\u00bd computer and curriculum just blinded you to the strings attached. It doesn\u00ef\u00bf\u00bdt really matter, though. You can whine until you\u00ef\u00bf\u00bdre blue in the face. We know the truth. And, we suspect, deep down you do, too.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
