The reason I ask is that a Boston area school district wants to spend  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boston.com\/dailyglobe2\/062\/metro\/Officials_seeking_1m_for_school_design+.shtml\">$1M to design a school <\/a>that they don&#8217;t even have the money to build.  It seems to me there must be plans lying around from the last several schools built that they could recycle, thus saving the taxpayers a ton of money.
