Utterly Meaningless

“Wynn was charged with driving while subject to an impairing substance, operating a school bus after consuming alcohol and driving while impaired while operating a commercial vehicle, according to police. He spent Friday night in jail on $3,000 secure bond.”

For endangering the lives of 18 children it seems he got off extremely lightly! I can’t see why he wouldn’t receive charges with consideration of the passengers and their age, he was only charged with the negligent operation of the vehicle.

A followup story this week announced that they had fired him. And he’s till facing big fines for the charges that are pending.

If they’d found a joint on him it would be something like 5 years minimum.
