Mike Smith says that HSLDA may be unnecessary:

“We’re pretty much beyond litigation in these issues,” says J. Michael Smith, president of the Home School Legal Defense Association, a national organization that has been instrumental in removing legal blocks to home schooling.

“This and most other home-school issues are now about cooperation.”

I wonder when they’ll make the announcement that they’re closing up shop.

I wonder if the recent price increasewaas to offset declining membership, or to raise funds for whatever HSLDAII will be?

Hopefully not until our litigation is over. There are 6 plaintiff families in Federal Court now in PA. We are probably the most expensive case(s) they have had in years.

Oh if the litigation is done, it doesn’t mean they’ll stop: they will just “help” reform laws in each state/province.

You are hilarious Daryl. Smith actually agrees with you on homeschoolers on public school sports teams and you turn it into a negative.
