Again this looks like a child protective services failure. These folks were foster parents, under CPS supervision, and they only pulled the kids out in January to ‘homeschool’ them. I find it so incredibly frustrating that CPS screw ups get blamed on homeschooling’s lax regulations!!! |

Not to mention you aren’t supposed to home-educate foster children in Washington state. It’s against the Foster Care regulations, that should have been caught months ago. |
