Upon going to Google News to find more info on this I realized what was going on.

Here I was looking forward to writing my first diary at Daily Kos about this.

You know you are no longer objective when you read past the second paragraph and think it’s real.

You should still write at Daily Kos about it. It’s basically true even if the facts aren’t 😉

The fact that I did not realize it was satire does say something. It was believable to me. Then again, shooting old ladies because their medicine costs the government too much would be believable to me as well.
