A confidential source has revealed that the ACLU has filed an amicus brief in the religious freedom case still banging around PA. So the ACLU is now officially on the same side as HSLDA.

In this particular case, yes, we are on the same side. In fact, the ACLU is using the same statute we are (the Pennsylvania RFPA) in several cases that it’s working on. |
