The case in NJ gets stranger and stranger. Police searched there home and allegedly found no educational materials. Now, I am not one to disparage any of the myriad forms of homeschooling but, you have to wonder what was going on in that home.

I’m not sure, though, if this really makes any difference. The bureaucrats could just as easily point to this as evidence that homeschoolers need to be tested so that they can tell the “good” homeschoolers from the “Dan Rather homeschoolers.”

Last night on O’Reilley the story focused on the fact that this family had been adopting many kids from the system & the father had no job..

NO family income except the state $ provided for those kids…. Exact amount? I’ve seen anywhere from $400 to $600 per month per child through various stories. Now to me that’s like running a foster child mill… more kids, more $ & that’s another crime allowed to happen by the all powerful government system.

No wonder they had to keep adopting kids to fill in the income. With the oldest being 19 he’s no longer a meal ticket for the family & it shows!!
    (Sorry bad pun)
PS no mention of homeschooling in this story.
