Utterly Meaningless

Ok, I’ll admit, I followed that link…but am still thinking “Wha???”

Is that in NC? All states’ laws are different, yes?

(I really am not sure I should click that link – that sounds mighty personal and probably TMI)

The link is safe. It’s a Fayetteville Observer article about a state trooper who was fired for (allegedly) propositioning a hooker who turned out to be an undercover cop.

The threesome comment was just thrown in at the end of the piece with no reference to what law was violated. A quick Google search turned up nothing.

Until a year or two ago, twosomes were illegal in VA unless they were in the biblically mandated missionary position. Anything else was considered sodomy, which was a crime.

Q for COD re VA:
Even if they filed a plan with the state in advance, and were able through their preferred methods to demonstrate achievement of desired outcomes in the ninth stanine?

In VA, the end never justifies the means 🙂 Unless of course it’s the state levying $1000 fines for speeding to help fund road construction. In that case, unusual and harsh punishment is a-ok!

First, I thought it was $3000 fines.

Next, was this illegal because they were troopers? Because they thought they were soliciting a prostitute? Because 2 is better than 3?
