Utterly Meaningless

Heh. Here’s what one principal told the parent of a special needs child who had been bullied (and physically hurt) two days in a row:

When she ultimately deigned to call, the principal opened our conversation by stating that she “could not GUARANTEE that my child would always be safe.”

Oh my, for some reason when I read that headline, I was picturing a teacher physically taping (ie. duct tape…) students to pipes or urinals, etc., in a restroom… Until I read the first line.
